You Belong

Access for All

At AhHa!Broadway, the doors to performing arts are open wide. Theatre, music, movement, and storytelling are not reserved for a few — they are vital, universal forms of expression that everyone deserves to experience.

You belong here. Whether you are on the autism spectrum, living with a developmental and/or physical disability, a veteran finding new ways to connect, a senior seeking joy and stimulation, or a child learning to discover your own voice and potential — the arts are a place where possibility takes center stage.

Why Access Matters

Performing arts build confidence, communication, collaboration, and creativity. These are not “extras” — they are fundamental life skills. When access is limited, entire communities miss out on the opportunity to grow, connect, and thrive.

Access is not just about location or finances. It’s about ensuring that:

  • Programs are designed with different learning styles in mind.
  • Neurodivergent and physically-challenged participants find supportive, judgment-free spaces.
  • Veterans and seniors have avenues to share their stories.
  • Children and young people from every background can explore, fail, laugh, and try again.

The arts meet people where they are. Everyone brings something unique to the stage — and every voice matters.

Breaking Barriers

Access is possible because barriers can be dismantled. That means:

  • Flexibility: Programs offered in multiple formats, virtual and in-person, so no one is excluded.
  • Adaptability: Teaching methods and environments that adjust to individual needs.
  • Belonging: An atmosphere where identity, ability, and background are not obstacles but strengths.

This is not about lowering expectations. It’s about widening opportunity.

You Belong

When someone steps into a rehearsal, a classroom, or onto a stage, they are stepping into a community. They discover not only the power of performance, but also the affirmation that their story, their perspective, and their presence are valuable.

The arts remind us: You belong. Always.
